“When my first pencil bullet pen arrived, I found the cap was ill-fitting, but, though disgruntled, I preserved because I loved the size, which is a big seller forme. I red red a second. What a difference. The pencil was tighter all round and I was delighted.I realised that there must have been been a fault with the first pencil, so I rang the company again and again and again. I left messages asking someone to return my call. Nothing. No call back at all. So this is when I decided never to do business with The Journal Shop again. Terrible communication. I've just ordered a third pencil from another company. Nice pencil. Terrible seller!”
