“The hourglass is exactly as I hoped. A nice size. I got the green colour, which is a lovely hue but transparent enough to see the white sand flowing through. Has a nice little rain-like sound in the first moments until the glass floor is covered with sand. Swift delivery. A beautiful object.”

Please do reach out to our customer service team for any orders which have yet to arrive; I'm certain they'll be able to advise you and let you know the whereabouts of your delivery. Please also bear in mind that Royal Mail is currently striking today (1st December) and will also be striking on Friday 9 December, Sunday 11 December and Wednesday 14 December 2022. This has contributed to a backlog in the Royal Mail pipeline which means orders are arriving later than we'd like them to.
