“This is a beautiful cover so it is a shame to not be able to give it 5 stars. The Journal Shop kindly sent me a replacment for the first one I received but the second one had the same issue. Both covers came with indentations on the front cover - I think it might be from the gold charm on the front as the marks coincided with where I found the charm on opening. The compressed packaging (it comes boxed) might be causing the charm to press into the cover - just a theory! Sadly the marks are unsightly and permanant. For the cost of the cover this is definitely not acceptable. This is purely a review of the product - the service from the Journal Shop was exemplary.”
