“The notebook is very nice, and I appreciate the elastic enclosure. The only complaint I have is the edge of the cover - it feels a little sharp when you rub your finger against it due to the inside cover paper having been cut a bit past the leather. Aside from that, it's an excellent notebook.”

“I ordered 2 of the A5 CIAK notebooks as I have had one before and like them very much. They feel good and hte paper is creamy and good quality. The covers are faux, rather than real leather but they also have a very nice look and feel and it means they are much more affordable. I would buy more of them”

“I bought these when they were 3 for the price of two, this is the second time I've bought them. The colours are beautiful, the paper is ivory, and excellent quality, takes a fountain pen with no bleed through, an absolute pleasure to write in. If they have one fault it's that they don't stay flat when open, which may annoy some, but it's a minor point for me. I like the elastic round the middle so that you can easily keep a pen with the journal should you wish. They are really nice journals, a touch of class.”

“I am about half-way through my notebook and it is holding up well with daily use the cover hasn't softened, the spine is still in tact, and the elastic is still springy. The paper quality is fantastic - I use a fountain pen with mine, and the pen glides with no bleed-through. The service from TJS was also excellent, with very swift delivery.”
