“Needed the refill for my bullet pen, fast service .Now my favourite pen is up and running again .”

“The pen itself is well made and sturdy, but the refill stopped writing after only a few days despite there being lots of ink left. Nothing I tried got it working again. I was hoping it was a defect with that specific refill, so I tried another one but the same thing happened again. Very disappointing, would not recommend this pen as a result”

It sounds like the ink might've dried out which can happen sometimes but absolutely not your fault and we take responsibility. “Great little pen! Lightweight, hardy, comfortable to hold when posted (bit too short to be comfortable holding only the pen part). Writes incredibly smoothly, with a nice, fine line.”
