“Fantastic little notebook. This Leuchtturm is my first 'proper' notebook/journal an I'm kicking myself for not trying it out sooner. The book is great quality, the paper is nice and of a good weight. I'm using it for lists, note, ideas and sketches. I've used pencil, pens, fountain pens and ink brushes in the notebook without issue or bleed (just be sure your ink dries before closing if you don't want transfer!). The book can lay flat easily (something other brands don't always get right) which is good for large sketches and the other side not getting in the way. The cover is nice and is holding up well, I've added a large clip to the front to hold a pen and this hasn't damaged or reduced the integrity of the cover. There are two bookmark ribbons which aren't really of any use for me but they were easily removed through the spine. I like the plain pages and compact A5 size but I'll be trying a larger version in the future with possibly dotted pages to mix things up now I know I like the brand. Highly recommended.”
