This is a perfect notebook for fountain pens.

The Midori travellers notebook is excellent for use when working on the road. The paper takes fountain pen ink perfectly.

As a fountain pen user I love this paper. It's quite thin so the ink does show through, but there is no bleed through or feathering which is great news. Not a lot of pages, but a reasonable price for the pages you get.

Perfectly sized notebook! These are great with the midori traveler's book or just on their own! Good quality paper, the lines are a bit narrower which is what I was looking for and I love it!

The paper is made to perfection. My fountain pen glides smoothly on the paper, ideal for ball pen too. It takes up the ink instantly, no smudge.

As with the plain paper refill, this may be simple but the paper - one of the most important aspects of a notebook after all! - is superb and very comfortable to write on with any fountain pen. The lines in this refill are also fairly narrow, which I prefer.
