Hi Fabian Thanks for your feedback, we are really sorry about this. Please do reach out to our customer service team (if you haven't already done so) for any orders which have yet to arrive; I'm certain they'll be able to advise you and let you know the whereabouts of your delivery. Please also bear in mind that Royal Mail is currently striking today (15st December). This has further contributed to a pre-existing backlog in the Royal Mail pipeline which means orders are arriving later than we'd like them to. Where we can, our warehouse is using other delivery methods so it's worth checking with our CS team about this. “I am amazed at how quickly I received my parcel, less than 24 hours from placing order and that was with your regular standard free delivery, pretty darn good I'd say! I agonised for a long time as to whether to buy the travelers notebook and I'm so glad I did, its wonderful along with the extra notebook inserts and connecting bands. Thank you for stocking such fab products, I'm pretty sure this won't be my last order from you lovely peeps!”
