Hi Dawn, As you I'm sure you know royal mail have been striking on and of for a while now and unfortunately this has caused huge delays their end - we used them for 10 years without problem, even through a global pandemic - strikes at the busy time of year and the disregard for small business's and they're customers means that in future we'll be looking at alternatives - striking over black Friday is outrageous, the single busiest day of the year. sorry that this has effected you and hoping your product has since arrived! if not give me a shout.
