Aye, the oils themselves smell like a much-needed beer after the best sort of escapades. The girly flavour of mandarin is made worthy by the addition of cedarwood. Nothing like the combination of sandalwood and Ylang Ylang to scare off any uneducated commoner.
Therein lies the cruel reality of these mysterious vials though. They simply do not stay fresh long enough. It's like casting your rope down a deep canyon to find a long-lost treasure, then, to your horror, you realize you forgot to add that extra 30 feet of rope.
When a man chooses to coat his beard in an oil, it should outlast even his own stamina. Whether that's through a morning wrestle with a bear on the way to the office, or through an average, mid-morning routine of chopping trees for the local school. The oil should have the strength to outlive a barnacle on any pirate ship.
Yet it does not.
This oil leaves an impression that would make any woman swoon, but it disappears like your courage when she comes back to you looking for more. I would say this oil deserves more attention, but only if it can outlast even the most manliest of days. For now, it does not.”
