“I received the Groombridge Gift Set not having any experience with Brighton. When the set arrived, I was quite happy with the bag and presentation in general. Once opened, the smells were distinctly different than I had experienced before, and not quite what I expected. However, I found myself very much enjoying the scents as they were. I was most looking forward to the Grapefruit and Black Pepper, but found myself quite taken with the Mandarin, Cedar Wood and Juniper. The Ylang Ylang and Sandlewood smells very good as well, though maybe not quite as woody as I'd hoped.
The only possible issue I might have, and the only reason for the four stars instead of five, is that the scents are very, very light once applied. I have not decided if I prefer this to a stronger scent yet, but it could also be that I use too little oil.
Overall, the product is solid, and the price point is quite acceptable.
Customer service is only ranked a 3 of 5 because I had no reason to experience it (which, might make it a 5, because there were no issues).
Shipping to the US was slightly slow, but I expect that living across the pond and it didn't detract from the service quality.”
