“It was a nice opportunity to try out each of the companies products however it felt like the products weren't up to scratch with what you would normally buy. All of the Balms smelt off in some way and no where near the original products I had ordered before. The hard bottles for the things like face wash were impossible to squeeze anything out of and the oils were just a mess to handle in the small vials.
Perhaps I was over optimistic with the quality of stuff inside for this price.”
“Firstly my order was lost by Royal Mail but Briggton Beard Co. sent replacement without fuss. However when I received the order, I was disappointed by the size of it. The advert made it look like a big box but it was small so products must be tiny. Another thing was that all the products were loose inside so I expect that when my husband starts to undo each day of the calendar the gift will not be there. I know my husband will love it as he always buys products from Brighton Bread.”
