“Bought a few of these over the years. I always keep mine in my pocket which keeps it 'ready'. So I style with a regular tinned wax and the start of a day and then use this to maintain my desired 'shape'. Works brilliantly, smells great and lasts a good amount of time. I personally apply this with strokes through my mustache rather than gouging any amount off and softening it with my fingers before application. It may just be me but I find this method gets it evenly spread from root to tip. Though to do this the stick must be warmed slightly (i.e pocket!). Definitely recommended.”
