Hi Gareth, So sorry you're having a hard time with the tube -your right the extra firm is probably a little easy out of a tin, if you find it unusable just reach out to our customer service.

“I wouldnŐt say extra firm describes this wax correctly as IŐd envisaged a rock hard hold from trying other waxes, however itŐs more than that. Yes it allows the Ôtache to be tamed and shaped but itŐs not over the top hold. IŐm pleasantly surprised with this wax and would fully recommend it. (I have a medium long full beard and wanted to grow my tache out a little)”
