“After having had this product numerous times in the past I am very disappointed with my most recent batch. Despite smelling great to start with after only a few hours the balm then loses scent and in fact smells bad, almost cheesy.
And to confirm this after applying to a freshly cleaned and dried beard with the balm applied correctly. I also bought another balm which again only lasts so long then goes off. WonŐt bother buying again sadly”
“I received my products in double quick time , the products were wonderfully packaged and included a Ô thank you Ô card ( nice touch ) . That said , you are are only as good as the product you sell and this Balm is great . Does need warming up in your hands first before applying but after that itŐs a joy , great fresh scent and certainly helps to tame your beard whilst nourishing it . I bought the same scent beard oil too to compliment the balm and thatŐs great also . Great products , very reasonable price and wonderful customer service , win , win , win 5 star all round .”
