“This came well packaged and I love the personal card, nice touch.
Product smelt amazing when I first opened it and it goes on really well.
My partner purchased me a similar product from yourselves a couple of years ago so I knew I was buying a quality item.
The only thing that I have noticed is that the smell of the balm has quickly deteriorated and now it doesn't seem to smell at all.
Is this normal?
