“Fantastic product. Really luxurious feel, and a lovely, distinctive fragrance that seems to last, well, at least all day--which is a tall order.
And it's not about the product directly, but I must just acknowledge how lovely it was to receive with my order a handwritten, tailored message on a postcard, affirming my product choices, and wishing me the best experience in using them. What a nice touch!
This left me in no doubt that BBC is a company that takes customer service and customer experience as seriously as it does its product development. Other 'bigger', 'better-established' companies in this market would do well to take note... ;-)
