“Needed a variation on the stock 5000kg 4m ratchet strap (hook and keeper). Emailed my requirements and received confirmation that it was possible to custom make the straps. Four strap sets were supplied (complete with correct sewn in labelling) a few days after ordering. Excellent service.”
