“The cutters are fine however £6.50 plus VAT for postage for such small items is absolutely reprehensible. Could have sent them for half that via Royal Mail.”

Hi Mike, Thank you for your feedback - point noted. We offered a Royal Mail option for small packages prior to the Covid outbreak but suspended the service due to reduced staffing (remote working) coupled with a desire to avoid unnecessary contacts at the local Post Office.
