“I recently returned to violin after a very long break. I have become fascinated with trying different quality rosins, which all give my violin a different tone. Frankly, I could do with all the help I can get to sound good at this stage! I have Dominant strings. This has been the best rosin so far - others have given me a nice mellow tone on some strings but not others, but I absolutely love the tone of this on all strings. So far I have only used it in warm weather (August), and it was delivered on quite a hot day. I think it would have to be really hot to melt it! There is very little dust, as you'd expect from a quality rosin. I love the small size of it too, and the cork case.”
