“The tool does not fit into many Violin chinrests, in fact, the size is incorrect for all of my Violins (3+ Violins).”

Dear Agon, I'm sorry to hear that the chin rest key has not been suitable for your chin rests. Our returns policy covers orders for up to 14 days after purchase. The chin rest keys are a standard size - if you could let us know what model of chin rest you use, we could see if it requires something special. Best wishes
