“I don't know why this shoulder rest, which is so similar in shape to most of the others I have tried, is the only one that stays in place. I was reluctant to buy a rest that costs considerably more than so many, but after several years' learning the instrument I can at last concentrate on technique without having to constantly prop up my violin with my arm.”
