“I am pleased with my purchase, which seems robust, is comfortable and is - I believe - adjustable. What puzzles me is the instructions about how to adjust it. Despite being in words - in several languages - and accompanied by illustrations, the instructions are still less than clear. It is not apparent in the hand-drawn illustrations which parts are which, which way the shoulder rest is being shown, what different parts are for, etc. Fortunately I'm content with the way it is at the moment, but I'm rather dreading having to alter it if necessary - which is a pity, as I particularly ordered an adjustable shoulder rest . . . !”
