“I don’t know if the strings are good ones, except that my daughter who plays asked for them by name. I trust they are good. What was frustrating is that somehow they got stuck at customs because of a labeling error and so their delivery was much delayed. I haven’t seen them yet. I was hoping to give them as a Christmas gift. I will wrap a picture of them instead.”

Dear Laura, I'm sorry that there has been an issue with the delivery. The labelling error was not on our part and could not have been anticipated. Unfortunately as soon as the item has left our shop it is out of our control. I have tracked the strings this morning and they are progressing across the USA.
