“4 strings came in four different envelopes without a common box. I would like to ask to send the strings together in a whole sealed package. I did not like that all the strings were not in the factory condition and I will ask to send a whole set from one set, which will be indicated by a common box”

Dear Dymtro, Thanks for your feedback. We order all of our strings directly from Pirastro in Germany. As we sell so many individually as well as sets we often buy them separately so they arrive in batches of say, 20 x A 20 x D etc. Please be assured that the strings are in 'factory condition' they just weren't sent in a plastic sleeve.
