We combine Grimsby smoked haddock fillet portions with a cheese and spinach sauce, all expertly hand wrapped in flaky puff pastry. As they bake in the oven, these wellingtons rise to form delicious parcels of goodness, achieving a delightful golden-brown finish that will leave you wanting more.

Oven Bake from Frozen – Preheat the oven to 200ºC/Gas Mark 6 and cook for 35-40 minutes until the pastry is cooked. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Airfry at 160ºC for approximately 35 minutes. Use a pizza-style tray to ensure the bottom cooks through for the best results.

Fantastic tasting and easy to cook from frozen. I would highly recommend these as they are full of flavour and full of real fish chunks.
