Oven Bake from Frozen – Preheat the oven to 200ºC / 400°F / Gas Mark 6 & cook for 35-40 minutes until pastry is cooked through. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. For best results use a pizza style tray to ensure the bottom cooks through. Airfry 160ºC for approximately 35 minutes.

I enjoy the salmon wellingtons. They are always a good choice. I usually have one for a change with my roast dinner. They are delicious, very creamy and full of salmon.

These are so easy to cook in my air fryer, and oh my they are good, I am fond of salmon and most fish but these are definately the best and my favourites so far
