Cooking Instructions:Defrost Prawns in the fridge prior to cooking. To pan-fry prawns, heat a large non-stick frying pan and add a small amount of butter and a pinch of sea salt. Fry prawns side down on medium heat for roughly 2 minutes or until they start to change colour all over the shell. Turn the prawns and fry for a further 2 minutes. Remove from pan deshell and enjoy with some of the melted butter.
