Take a big piece of cod,pour a delicious sauce over it and wrap in flaky pastry,stick it in the oven and decide what to have with it. When it comes out of the oven,it's golden and oozing. What's the problem with that?

A much loved old favourite! Tried and tested recepie, and always a pleasure - easy to cook, great textures and flavour. Try the salmon wellingtons for variety.
