We use delicious cod to create the chunky centre resulting in fingers over 3 times larger than ordinary ones. Then the battered fish fingers are finished with a delicious crispy savoury coating with hints of onion and garlic for the ultimate indulgence.

Oven bake:
Cooking Guidelines - Cook from frozen.
Remove all packaging before cooking.
Oven Bake: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas Mark 6, turning halfway through cooking.
Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil in a suitable pan or deep fat fryer to 180°C. Lower product gently into the oil and fry for 9-10 minutes.
