Cooking Guidelines: For best results, cook from frozen. Deep Fry: Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 10 minutes. OvenBake: Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Remove packaging and place product on a pre-heated baking tray. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Air Fry: Pre-heat the air fryer to 180°C. Place 2 fish fingers in a single layer in the basket & cook the product for 13 minutes, turning halfway.
