Perfect for freezing and they only take minutes to cook under a hot grill. We love to serve them with some cooked mushrooms and a grilled tomato. Before going under the grill, I add a few splashes of Balsamic vinegar, the sweetness of which really brings out the flavour of the delicious and meaty fish.
