Fresh, top quality diced cod, topped with a creamy South Indian style Keralan curry sauce which is packed with flavour, and finished with a cheesy coriander and nigella seed crumb. Freshly prepared in the Regal factory each morning using the freshest fish and best quality ingredients.
Ready in 30 minutes, this bake is not one to miss. With a slight spice but full of delicious and authentic Indian flavours, once you try this, it'll become a regular in your house. Serve with basmati rice and garlic naan. We also love to add cool raita and zingy lime for an extra fresh kick. 
Cooking instructions: Oven bake. Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan assisted/ Gas Mark 6Remove film and place the tray on a preheated baking tray lined with baking paper in the centre of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked. Check food is piping hot before serving.

Delicious. Good size chunks of cod in a tasty not too spicy sauce. Portion size just right.
