Each morning, our expert filleters, hand-select the finest haddock fillets and portion them into meal sized portions, before topping the haddock portions with a generous slice of our pesto metls, which infuses every bite with a rich, aromatic flavour. Once prepared, our haddock with pesto is packaged in an ovenbake tray for you to conveniently put into your oven when you want a quick and delicous meal. Our haddock is sourced form top fisheries in Norway for the majority of the year. The fisheries have a long history of supplying the best quality haddock and the fishermans incredible knowledge of fishing stocks and practices make souring from here responsible on our oceans. Cooking Instructions:
Oven: peel off the film and oven bake in a pre heated oven 180°C gas mark 4, for 18-20 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Microwave: Pierce the film and microwave on High for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
