Sea Bass is famous for its flaky texture and mild taste which takes on flavours beatuifully! We freshly prepare every order each morning and generously top with our pesto melts, enhancing the natural flavours and creating a taste sensation with every bite. Here we have pan frieed our sea bass for a few minutes either side to ensure a crispy skin.
Serve simply with a crisp green salad, or pair with boiled potatoes and steamed asparagus or a selection of vegetables for a delicious flavour packed meal.
Cooking Insturctions:
Oven: remove the film and oven bake in a pre heated 180C oven for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Microwave: Pierce the film and microwave on High for 2-3 minutes until cooked through and the fish flakes easily with a fork .
If cooking from frozen just add a extra couple of minutes to the cooking time. Suitable for freezing. May contain bones.
