We are so sorry your parcel took longer than usual, unfortunately there were royal mail strikes during the period that your ordered. I can see the delivery method chosen was Royal Mail standard delivery which is 5-7 working days, as there were 2 strike days (14th & 15th) your order would have been delivered on the 6th working day (21st December) which was within the delivery time period chosen. I hope this makes sense and if there is anything we can help with further please do let us know.
