Ordered items however, over 50% was missing from the order. Although I was eventually refunded, pinkfishes made a huge faf and basically kept saying that I had to wait until their investigation with courier was completed. I understand, but given that I was a customer and the urgency in which I needed this (even paying for extra delivery), I was disappointed that I had to wait over two weeks to be refunded.

All orders are double checked before leaving our warehouse so if damaged in delivery we have to carry out an investigation and get in contact with the courier service and if there are damaged or opened parcels we replace items straight away.
