“I like these a lot, as they have a good quantity of Magnesium which not only is a relaxant and aids sleep but is a very good in combination with D3/K2 patch to help against osteoporosis.”

“Love these! The only thing that got my chronic weekly full blown migraines down to 6- 8 weekly if that! Tablets didn't help.And the migraines are nowhere near as bad. I tell everyone to buy these”
