“I have a sensitive stomach so I find the patches a better way to get a daily dose of vitamins. (Can't tell if the iron is helping me until I have a blood test). I put one patch on at night and I can feel the magnesium work, I feel sleepy within about 15 mins. I notice the difference if I forget to put one on. I do find that the plaster leaves a slight red mark for two days. I used to put them on my arms but due to the redness, I put them on my upper legs.”
