“I was taken D3 tablets on the advice of my GP. To be honest I never felt anything. I didn't know if my body was absorbing it all not. Until I read about a D3 patch in one of our daily papers in July this year. I have been using the D3 and B12 patches and I have never this good. My mood is pretty high. I am not sure if these vit-patches are the results of it but I feel good.
