“Just started to use these patches. Only problem is you should apply it in the morning but you must remember to remove it after 8 hours.”

“I may need more than this patch can provide but I'm severely ill. I'm about to get blood tests soon so we will see but I feel more energy sprinkling a little B complex in my food although it gives me needles in my belly so I don't do that anymore.”
