“I already have the parsley seed skirt, which I love, and I kept looking at this one. I wan’t sure whether the pattern would be a bit overwhelming, but when it was put on sale I decided to try it. In fact it is gorgeous, and if anything I like it even more. For a pear shape like me the cut of this skirt is perfect - really flattering. I’m size 12/14 and the s/m is perfect. I also have the wool kimono in this pattern. I thought wearing the two together might be a bit much, but again it looks really good. I’m wearing them with a simple black silk top and I love the effect. I could wear this pairing for anything - it can look attractively casual, but can also look very elegant and stylish with appropriate jewellery for an event. Of course both items can also be worn separately - really versatile. I can’t wait to see what patterns might be available in the new season.”
