“Been trying a few products from here,Ultimate all in one has been great in both pre and post work out. I’ve added the ultimate bundle to swap to all in one pre workout, protein post and a night protein as recovery. Still early days but should help with lasting longer and some winter bulking. Strawberry ultimate taste great and light enough to not bloat you an hour pre workout, I got vanilla protein powder which has a great taste too and something different to my usual, and opted for chocolate night protein tricking myself into viewing it as a nice chocolate drink in the mid/late evening. Not found the chocolate one to taste as great and still adjusting the water level to suit as it can be a bit heavy. Also tried as a warm drink with a bit of milk, yet to find the right combo with this one but still early with week one. All that aside workouts feel strong and recovery quicker so no complaints and definitely not hungry alongside normal meals. Big fan of the informed sport’s certification which led me initially to this website.”
