“A few years ago I underwent two partial knee replacements with some success. “Having recently ruptured my ACL and had a significant tear in my meniscus, the first product I purchased ready for my rehabilitation and recovery was the Repair shot. Not only have I always suggested professional athletes take this, but also myself through the recovery from surgery. I have taken 2 per day, one in the morning, one in the evening. I am currently 7 weeks post-op and walking 10,000 steps per day, cycling 30 mins per day and back doing body weight leg exercises.
