“I was advised back in June to try the repair shots Colagen shots by Ryan Mace of Pyramid Performance as part of my re-hab following a ruptured Achilles tendon in 2019. I have had some mobility and pain issues with my knees for a few years, the pain is most present the days after exercising/rehab/training (I am a triathlete and I've had to reduce my running to the absolute minimum and haven't raced this season). But since taking the repair Colagen shots the pain has greatly subsided and some days is not even present and my knees feel much more mobile even after a tough bike ride. It is now October and I am starting to pick up my running and so far it feels a lot less painful afterwards.”
