Hi Patricia, as promised we reached out to our nutrition team and they have suggested you may have an intolerance/sensitivity to an ingredient. The Repair Shot consists of predominantly Collagen and Vitamin C, however, the full ingredients are listed on both the product and the website. It may be worth taking a quarter of a shot to start with, but if you continue to have issues then it would be better to consult your doctor.

“3 weeks post ACL surgery and was recommended these. I take one a day 30 minutes before rehab exercises and not sure if placebo but definitely feel like I get more ROM.”
