“I started taking these collagen shots post ACL reconstruction. It’s tricky to isolate whether these shots are to thank but so far my rehab and progress is doing really well! Ive also never had such good skin and hair before! I take one a day at the moment around lunchtime. I like both flavours but the tropical one is probably my fave.”
