“I have been taking these for 6/7 months now since I had major bilateral knee reconstruction surgery and I’m sure these are one of the reasons my recovery has been so good. Iv just injured my foot and hoping they speed up the process of that recovering too! These are now a daily non negotiable for me. Tropical flavour is nice, raspberry however I don’t like! Although both are better when taken once they’ve been in the fridge!”
