“This protein tastes fantastic, and works phenomenally well with helping you get some quality sleep. I make it up as a pudding every evening, put it in the fridge for an hour and then have it around 45 minutes before going to bed. I've always struggled to get much deep sleep which was my main motivation for originally trying this protein and I can definitely say that it works, and it works very well. I was usually averaging around 20 minutes of deep sleep per night and around 60 minutes of rem sleep. Since I've started taking this, my deep sleep has increased to around 70 minutes with my rem going up to around 140 minutes per night. Needless to say, getting that extra quality sleep has meant I've been waking up in the morning feeling a lot more rested and more prepared to start my day.”
