“Not something I take everyday atm because I’m working off lower Kcals but I used this after heavy training days or after rugby. Super helpful when looking to get extra carbs in as well as getting you’re protein. 4/5 only because of the flavour thought I’d try something new but Strawberry isn’t for me.”

“Used MRM and Ultimate for a long time but recently thought I'd try the equivalent products from a more 'famous' brand...I've come back to Nutrition X, for me the main reason being the taste, if I can't stomach a shake its no good. Genuinely like drinking the shakes from NX. I've only knocked them down a star because personally for me the price can be a bit heavy but I am well aware that you pay for quality products, just means I can't buy as often as I would like. I aim to take 1 X MRM and 1 X ultimate a day and prefer them with milk. Lozz.”
